Hotel Villa Magna - Park Hyatt Madrid in Spain is closed for an extensive renovation project until October 2008. The Spanish architect and designer Thomas Urquijo is in charge of the interior decoration which will transform the hotel's design concept. The room configuration will be modified from 182 to 151 beautiful Park Rooms and Suites, including the most breathtaking Presidential Suite in Madrid. An innovative landscaping concept will turn the gardens surrounding the hotel into a true sanctuary in the heart of Madrid.The Hotel is in one of the city's most attractive and sophisticated areas, Salamanca, at the centre of Madrid's financial and cultural district. Between Paseo de la Castellana and Serrano Street, this area of Madrid is known for its exclusive boutiques, museums and aristocratic palaces.
